The pâtisserie was founded by Pastry Chef Dhanushka and Robyn McIntyre, whose aim is to share the flavours and craftsmanship of France on the Sunshine Coast. At the Caloundra shop on Bulcock Street, coffee and freshly baked croissants are available from 6:00am on weekdays, with the full display of cakes, sweet treats, pastries and specialty coffee ready from 8:00am. Sourdough, baguettes and brunch are available from 9:30am, with brunch served until 1:30pm. The shop is listed as open Monday to Friday until 2:00pm, although occasional Monday closures apply, so checking the venue’s social media before visiting is sensible.
