Blackflag Brewing Mooloolaba

Tucked down a back alley in Mooloolaba, just minutes from Mooloolaba Beach, Blackflag Brewing’s original venue is a bar built around beer, music and a strong sense of community. It is described as the brewery’s spiritual home and the place where the ideas behind Blackflag first took shape. The setting has a deliberately relaxed, alternative edge, with punk-rock influences, free pool and a takeaway shed for picking up drinks to enjoy elsewhere.

Beer is the main draw, with Blackflag presenting a broad and creatively named range across its brewery collection. The website currently highlights Midnight Jam, a raspberry sour pastry stout, while its beer gallery includes styles such as lagers, pale ales, IPAs, sours, porters and other seasonal or experimental releases. For those who want something beyond beer, the bar also serves Bones Vodka RTDs, red, white and sparkling wines, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks.
