Sneaky Baron is a Maroochydore restaurant built around burgers, smoked meats, coffee, breakfast and cold beer. Smoked dishes give the menu another focus. The restaurant lists baby back ribs smoked over applewood for six hours, a smoked brisket plate with mac and three cheeses, slaw, pickles and dipping sauces, plus the Meat Matters Plate for sharing. The Reuben uses hickory-smoked brisket pastrami, bacon-infused sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mustard and pink sauce on toasted rye. Sides range from chips, onion rings and jalapeño poppers to loaded options such as poutine and the Loaded Bull, which includes smoked brisket, chipotle cheese sauce, blue cheese sauce, jalapeños and shallots.

There are clear options for different kinds of visits. Breakfast and coffee make it suitable for an earlier stop, while the burgers, beer and smoked meats are aimed at lunch or dinner. A kids’ menu includes a cheese burger and chicken pops, each served with chips and tomato sauce. Groups can look to the slider selection, wings and sharing plates, while the regular in-store deals add another reason for locals to return: Little Wally burgers on Wednesday, Cluck Norris burgers on Thursday, and wings on Sunday.
