It accommodates up to four people, although three internal steps lead from the ground floor to the kitchen and bathroom.

The Ground Floor Queen Room has a private bathroom, balcony, small kitchenette and dining area, while the New Extension Queen Room includes a private north-facing deck and ensuite. Both one-bedroom apartments offer more space, with a separate bedroom, lounge area and full kitchen. The Ground Floor Deluxe Apartment adds a north-facing verandah overlooking a park, a walk-in robe, office area and wood-burning fireplace. It is described as disabled compliant and has no stairs within the apartment. Accessibility varies between rooms, so guests should check the specific layout before booking.

Across the property, accommodation includes private bathrooms, outdoor seating, fans and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Kitchens and kitchenettes are equipped for simple in-room meals, with facilities such as fridges, microwaves, cooktops, ovens, kettles, toasters and coffee machines varying by room.
