Theo's Social Club

Theo’s Social Club is a neighbourhood wine bar in Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads, built around good food, thoughtful drinks and an easygoing atmosphere. It is open from Thursday to Monday, with the kitchen running until late, making it suitable for an afternoon drink, a casual meal or a later stop in the evening.

Wine is a major part of the experience. Theo’s sources interesting, low-intervention wines, with new labels arriving each week. Its visual list includes around 100 labels displayed along the length of the bar, and many bottles are available in very small allocations. That means the selection is continually changing, so returning visitors may find something different from one visit to the next. The cocktail list also follows the seasons, using local and seasonal produce for balanced drinks, while classic cocktails can be arranged on request. An afternoon spritz or a late-night drink both fit naturally within the venue’s offering.

The food centres on fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold flavours, with dishes intended to be shared. Theo’s was founded by Chef Jake McWilliams and Gabby Smith. Jake brings the cooking, with an emphasis on fresh local flavours, while Gabby focuses on creating a warm, inviting setting. The venue positions itself as more than a restaurant: it is a place to gather, connect with the Noosa community and enjoy food and drinks in the heart of Noosa. Reservations and bookings are not taken, so visitors are asked to walk in and the team will find them a seat. Large functions can be discussed directly with the venue.
