Kondalilla National Park, in the lush Sunshine Coast hinterland near Montville and Flaxton, is one of the region's most beloved natural escapes. Its centrepiece is Kondalilla Falls, where a creek tumbles dramatically over the edge into the rainforest below, with a popular rock pool and a beautiful circuit walk winding through towering trees and ferns.

The park offers a refreshing, green contrast to the coast just a short drive away — cool rainforest, birdsong and the sound of falling water. The walking tracks range from shorter strolls to the longer falls circuit, taking in lookouts, the swimming hole and the spectacular scenery that makes the hinterland so special.
